Welcome to the Official Flip DVD website. For the uninitiated, Flip is a new 15 minute short film shot with a DVX100a. The movie takes place in Las Vegas, and centers on the relationship between two co-workers who find themselves married after having a night on the town.

Shot for a budget of less than $3000, Flip was an exercise in micro-budget filmmaking. The main way the production crew was able to keep costs down was by shooting on video with a DVX100a. By shooting with a consumer camera, the production was able to remain inconspicuous while shooting on locations (often without a permit).

The DVD release of Flip is truly jam packed with features. Boasting not one, not two, but six commentary tracks, this disc is a short filmmakers dream come true. Also included is an extensive 2+ hour production diary which documents the entire process of creating Flip. From early rehearsals to shooting in Vegas to finalizing the edit of the movie, the production diary covers it all.
