Q: What region is the Flip DVD?

A: The Flip DVD is advertised as being "Region 1", but actually, all regions from 1 to 8 are unlocked. This means that just about anyone in the world can view Flip on their DVD player, regardless of the region they are in.

Q: What does 16x9 enhanced mean?

A: 16x9 enhanced means that if you own a widescreen tv, the dvd will fill up the entire screen, not just the center. On standard televisions, the picture is letterboxed to display the movie correctly.

Q: What is the rating for Flip?

A: Since it costs a lot of money to submit a film to the MPAA for rating, the filmmakers decided against getting a 15 minute short film rated. The suggested rating for Flip is a PG-13. It contains adult situations and alcohol and tobacco use.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped out 1 business day after being recieved. If in the United States, please allow 5-7 business days to recieve your product. International buyers, orders will take longer depending on method of shipping and final destination.
